This charming gingerbread decoration celebrates caretakers with a warm, humorous touch. Hand-embroidered onto soft felt and finished with a satin ribbon, it's sized at roughly 4 by 2 inches—just right for a Christmas tree or displayed year-round. Whether it's for someone who keeps buildings running smoothly or simply loves a bit of cheeky workplace humour, this little fellow makes a thoughtful gift that actually means something.
